Refund and Returns Policy

⭐️ We do not accept exchanges or returns.

⭐️ If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must provide an unboxing video and photos as proof. You have 2 days from the date of delivery to report the issue. Once we verify the defect, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To report an issue, contact us. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, usually 3-7 business days.
