Where We Deliver

🚚 We ship all across India! Please provide a complete street address with the correct PIN code to ensure timely delivery.

🔹 Deliveries to Colleges, Hostels, or Schools: These will be sent at the customer’s risk. If the package is refused by the institution, Girlies Girl will not issue a refund or credit under any circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Orders below ₹999: ₹69 shipping fee
Orders ₹999 and above: FREE shipping! 🎉

Partial Payment

If the parcel is returned back to us for any reason (like not being accepted or not collected), the paid amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges.
If you’d like us to resend the parcel, the shipping charges will need to be paid again.

Express shipping (if available) may take 2-5 business days with an additional charge of ₹120 as shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Dispatch Time: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch. Some locations may take longer depending on courier service availability.

🚨 Unforeseen Delays: Weather conditions, courier delays, or other unexpected factors may impact delivery times. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be provided for such delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS so you can monitor your package.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

🚨 Make sure your address is correct!

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the customer must bear any additional courier charges.
Re-shipping charges apply if a package is returned due to an address error.
Lost Packages: If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Girlies Girl is not responsible, and no refund will be issued.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local courier if not found contact us.
